J4y King, the first artist signed to Palance Entertainment/Mgmt. J4y has used his talent as a hip-hop artist to speak on issues involving society, motivation for individuals striving towards success, the positives and negatives of love, and being able to work hard to get what you want. His audience is comprised primarily of Black women and men between the ages of 18-35.

J4y has released various projects under his label (MCV Records) and management teams (Palance Entertainment). His first project “Breathing Room” was released in 2011. With very little promotion it reached 1k plays on Datpiff. He went on to release multiple singles from the mixtape that reached numbers inching into the double thousands. His most recent project named “Sativa Season” is doing numbers and gaining recognition as well. His project became more than just a project and is now a movement that entails merchandising. J4y is not just a artist, he is a artist who has started a movement, that is also a lifestyle.

Dapa Don, an experienced artist under Palance Entertainment has a genuine love for music that embodies the recipe that is needed for the music industry. “Music has always been in me and it was just a matter of time before God allowed my talents to blossom into what my craft is today.” When asked who he’s inspired by, he lists Brooklyn native rapper Jay-Z as one of his inspirations, as well as other musical greats like Stevie Wonder, The Roots, and Kanye West.
Dapa Don has performed and captivated his fans with his stellar performances and unique sound. Dapa Don was fortunate enough to travel to different cities to display his talents and perform with Rick Ross, Lil Kim, Jadakiss and a host of others as the list goes on. Grateful for the opportunity to share his talent with others, Dapa Don is on a journey to prove that he will indeed be successful in this industry.
